Claudia has more than 20 years of experience in Public Law, Regulatory, Environmental, Energy and Natural Resources matters and currently leads this department together with Felipe Riesco. Claudia advises companies on environmental impact assessment of projects and defences before State agencies; concession granting processes; reports on institutionality and environmental regulation; participation in due diligence and advice on litigious matters related to her practice areas. Claudia has worked for more than 10 years in public sector institutions and has been highlighted by Chambers & Partners for her practice in the environmental area since 2012.
