Barros Silva Varela & Vigil hosted real estate funds meeting with Brazilian Ambassador
.SHAREThe Brazilian Desk of Barros Silva Varela & Vigil organised a meeting on Friday 21 April, which brought together several Chilean and Brazilian family offices and private equity firms with the Ambassador of Brazil in Chile, Paulo Roberto Soares Pacheco. The activity took place in the framework of the 13th Real Estate Investment Conference of the International Bar Association.
"The legal and cultural particularities of both markets mean that the success of investments and business projects between the two countries depends, to a large extent, on a thorough knowledge of their respective regulatory and risk environments," said Rodrigo de Alencar, partner and head of the firm's Brazilian Desk.
