Allibera Solar sells its stake in a holding company owning 14 photovoltaic projects

In September 2020, Allibera sold its stake in Alhia SpA, a holding company that owns 14 Small Distributed Generation photovoltaic projects, with a total capacity of 86 MW.

BSVV advised Allibera in the development of all the projects it owned through Alhia SpA, and subsequently in the transaction that culminated in the sale of the shares of Alhia SpA.
