BSVV advised a group of real estate managers led by Ingevec in the implementation of one of the largest real estate rental funds in Chile.
.SHAREThe fund of approximately USD 70 MM will develop 8 residential rental buildings with a total of more than 2,000 apartments.
LarrainVial Asset Management will manage the fund, which will become public at the end of 2020. The real estate managers will be Ingevec and Puerto Capital, while the administration of the rental business will be led by Assetplan.
