María José is part of the Litigation and Arbitration team, providing services in civil, commercial and Consumer Protection litigation, both with respect to individual and collective lawsuits. She has specialized in consulting related to consumer law, including preventive advice such as product labeling, advertising, e-commerce, warranties, adhesion contracts, claims, Sernac financing, Collective Voluntary Proceedings, among others.
