BSVV successfully defends construction permits for real estate project located in Santiago
.SHAREThe dispute was centered on urban aspects related to the permitted granted for the development and construction of a real estate project. A group of neighbors filed a complaint with the Urban Authorities (Sermi Minvu) claiming the permit had been granted in breach of urban regulations. The process led to a consultation with the Urban Development Directorate, which ruling was consistent with the project developers arguments, and resulted in a favorable decision by the Urban Authorities.
The neighbors also filed two constitutional complaints, which were finally dismissed by the Supreme Court.
BSVV represented the interests of the real estate company owner of the project.
