BSVV has assisted Legría in the creation of the legal mechanism that allows a person to buy a fraction (up to 1/8) of a property. This contemplates the need to gather a group of new owners for the purchase and the contracts related to the management of this property.
BSVV advises start-up real estate company in the creation of the legal structure for the purchase of a fraction of a property and assists in the defense of this model before the authorities and condominiums.
