Australian mining company signs purchase option for two gold projects in Chile
.SHAREThrough its subsidiary in Chile, the Australian company signed a purchase option for the gold projects La Espina in Paine, and El Zorro in Caldera. Both projects are in the exploration phase.
Our firm has been in charge of the organization of the corporate structure and financing of its activities in Chile, the due diligence process of the assets of both projects, and the negotiation and closing of the agreements to materialize the operation.
