Latin America Power issues a green bond for US $ 404 million in the United States
.SHAREThe operation had Goldman Sachs as financial advisor, Citibank as external agent and Banco de Chile as local agent. This is the first 100% green “high yield” transaction in Chile, in which the company was advised by Greenberg Traurig at the international level, and by Barros Silva Varela & Vigil, at the national level.
Latin America Power has more than 10 projects in operation, which contribute more than 340 MW to the energy matrix of Peru and Chile, in areas such as the Atacama, Coquimbo and La Araucanía.
