Law 21,121 Modifies the Criminal Code and incorporates new offenses into the Criminal Liability Law of Legal Entities

Among its provisions, the Law incorporates new criminal types for which legal entities could respond, namely, the crimes of bribery between individuals, incompatible negotiation, misappropriation and unfair administration.
