Soledad has more than 12 years of experience in Corporate and Business Law in general. She has focused and specialized her practice in the real estate industry, participating in significant cases, advising both companies, especially real estate companies, as well as individuals, in the processes of land purchase, financing and project development, acquisition and sale of assets, mergers and acquisitions operations and transactions, as well as in the structuring of corporate governments.
