Sebastián Barros Campino

Sebastián, with more than 10 years of experience, directs the Corporate area of Barros Silva Varela y Vigil. He focuses his practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, investment funds, company financing, shareholders’ agreements, corporate law, and general practice. Sebastián has advised clients from different sectors, especially financial, agricultural, shipping, energy and mining.
